The challenge was laid down... 29 days of 100% attendance and no lates! Those students who accomplished this feat were invited to a special Halloween-themed attendance party during P4 on the final day of the term. There was a DJ spinning spooky tunes, a selfie booth for fun photos, and a pick ‘n’ mix stand, all for the enjoyment of those students during P4. 🎃 We also held our reward assemblies, where every student who received a Kemnal Value card had the opportunity to win from an array of exciting prizes. Additionally, 8 fortunate holders of our Golden Tickets walked away with a £20 Amazon gift card! 👏 #AttendanceMatters #SchoolCelebration #ProudSchoolMoments

100% Commitment = 100% Fun! We are thrilled to celebrate our students with 100% attendance! Despite a national drop in figures, Kemnal's attendance has continued to climb, and we love to reward that effort. On Friday, our 100% attenders got to choose their Reward Lesson and movies, games, or a football match were all on offer. But that's just the start....... the competition for the form Pizza Lunch is still fierce with many Form Groups neck and neck but even more exciting is that for every perfect day, gets students closer to an invitation to the legendary, end of term Attendance Party! We have a new attendance challenge for all our students this term, starting from Monday 8th September, until October Half Term! The challenge is to attend every single day without being late. Today marks the 80th Anniversary of VE Day - Victory in Europe Day. For form time, students went through a PowerPoint which included pictures, videos, songs by Dame Vera Lynn, diary entries and letters, all representing the time of the war and the time that follows. At 12pm, the whole school observed a two-minute silence to remember and thank those who fought for our freedom. #veday80thanniversary #LestWeForget #remembrance
